Known for his calm, solution-driven approach, Andrew keeps operations running smoothly and maintains strong working relationships with clients and teams.

James leads rigging and technical rollout projects with a strong focus on safety, planning and field leadership. He manages daily site operations, stakeholder engagement and compliance requirements to ensure work is delivered to scope and standard. James is known for his practical mindset, strong teamwork ethic and ability to guide crews through complex site environments.

Kaspar is a civil and RAN specialist who oversees day-to-day site coordination, subcontractor management and quality assurance. He brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to every project, ensuring high standards, safe practices and seamless communication with stakeholders. Kaspar is valued for his reliability, technical knowledge and steady leadership onsite.

Tony Carle, our HSEQ Manager, began his career as a telecommunications technician, building a strong foundation of practical, on-the-ground experience. Over the years, he has progressed into a leadership role where he now oversees our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems. Tony plays a key role in maintaining our ISO accreditations and ensuring our onsite HSEQ standards remain consistently high. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, he is committed to reducing risks to as low as reasonably practicable and fostering a safe, efficient work environment for all.
